THAI JASMINE RICE (HOM MALI RICE)
Also known as Fragrant, Scented and Aromatic Rice, this beautiful naturally scented Hom Mali Rice contains no artificial perfumes and comes to you directly from the rice mills. Categorized as an Indica (Long Grain) variety, Jasmine Rice is long and slim, and the grain is silky, smooth and shiny. When cooked, it is soft and exudes a wonderful aroma.

THAI PATHUMTHANI FRAGRANT RICE
This recently developed variety is less sensitive to sunlight and has a better yield than Thai Jasmine Rice. Pathumthani Rice has the appearance of Thai Jasmine, but is categorized as White Rice and absorbs water extremely well.

WHITE BROKEN RICE
Broken Rice is the rice that is separated from the White Rice during the milling process. With its short grains, Broken Rice is generally used for animal feed and in the food and beverage industry, for example in the brewing of beer and the processing of flour. As it is a low grade of rice, it is much less expensive than Long Grain White Rice.

PARBOILED RICE
This rice is processed using special technique that involves soaking paddy in hot water before pressure-steaming and drying, a process that allows the retention of the essential nutrients in the kernels. After it is milled, Parboiled Rice is slightly yellowish in color.

ORGANIC JASMINE RICE
Organic Rice is grown and processed without the use of any chemical fertilizers, insecticides, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, preservatives, seed treatments or hormones. Currently, only specially selected high-quality Jasmine Rice is grown organically in a very limited area, although the practice is becoming more widespread as the number of health-conscious consumers continues to grow rapidly.
